Scott Hill offers to the clients of Protean Design Group over 24 years of engineering design and construction expertise. Mr. Hill has significant experience with roadway design, drainage, and traffic control plans, which include a major focus on traffic engineering. Mr. Hill has participated in numerous traffic engineering/safety studies and has substantial knowledge of signalization, signing and pavement marking and roadway lighting design projects, as well as, communication designs and construction engineering and inspection projects. Mr. Hill is an active member of ITE.
