As Vice President of Protean Design Group, Scott Horlander brings more than 22 years of transportation engineering experience to the firm. Specifically, Mr. Horlander's broad range of experience includes roadway design, traffic engineering and traffic studies, highway lighting and drainage design. Mr. Horlander has worked on and/or managed numerous projects during his career ranging from milling and resurfacing to major roadway reconstruction. In addition to his extensive technical experience, Mr. Horlander has also been involved with numerous professional societies and committees during his career. As a member of ASCE, FES and ASHE, Mr. Horlander has served in various leadership roles.
